8. Guest Responsibility

• Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused to hotel property due to negligence or misuse.
• Any prohibited or unlawful activity on hotel premises is strictly not permitted.

9. Hotel Rights

Hotel Citi Inn reserves the right to take appropriate action, including cancellation of a reservation or asking a guest to leave the property, where there is a violation of hotel rules, applicable law, or these Terms & Conditions.

10. Children & Extra Guests

Occupancy limits depend on the selected room and booking details. Guests must provide accurate information regarding adults and children during reservation.

Additional guests or occupancy beyond the permitted room capacity may require prior approval and applicable charges.

11. Privacy & Guest Information

Information submitted during booking may be used by Hotel Citi Inn for reservation management, guest service, verification, communication and other legitimate hotel operations.

Guests should ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

12. Force Majeure

Hotel Citi Inn will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control.
